Meri age 33 saal hai. Mujhe 15-16 saalo se virya jyada patla, shighrapatan, aur ling me jyada der tak tanav na rehne ki samasya hai kripya kar batayein ki mujhe virya shodhan vati aur virya stambhan vati se aaram milega ya nahi mene 15-16 varsh ki aayu me atyadhik hasthmethun kiya tha uske baad hasthmethun bilkul band kar diya tha lekin ab ye sabhi samasyayein thik nahi ho rahi sabhi tarah ka bahut ilaj bhi karaya hai.

Aapke dwara vyakt ki gayi samasya kuch samay se sthayi samasya ban gayi hai, aur is par ghor karna awashyak hai. Virya ki patlapan aur shighrapatan ke liye Ayurveda mein kayi jaise rasayan aur vajikarana therapies hain jo sahayak ho sakti hain. Lekin kisi ek ya do vati (goli) dwara samasya ka samadhan milega yeh spast kehna kathin hai, kyunki yeh samasya vyaktigat swabhava (prakriti), doshon ki sthithi aur aahar-vihar ke anusar hoti hai.

Pehla kadam yeh hai ki aap apni aahar aur vihar ko balance karein, jisse aapke dosha santulit rahein. Apni vata dosha ko balance karna is me bahut aaham hai. Iss ke liye aap snigdha aur ushna swabhav ka aahar grahan karein, jaise ghee, sesame oil, doodh, aur dry fruits. Kaccha aur thanda bhojan, zyada khatta aur bahut spicy khana se bachne ki koshish karein.

Virya stambhan aur shodhan vati, kabhi kabhi labhdayak ho sakte hain, lekin inka prayog kisi Ayurvedic chikitsak ke margdarshan mein hi karein. Inadi ki prakriti, dosha imbalance aur stithi ka sahi ankalan karna bahut zaruri hai, taaki in vatiyon ka sahi result mile.

Saath hi, apne dincharya mein vyayam aur yoga shaamil karein. Apan vayu ko balance karne ke liye pachak kriya ka dhyan rakhein aur asana jaise bhujangasana, dhanurasana aur sarvangasana se labh mile. Pranayam, specifically anulom vilom aur bhastrika, bhi faydemand hain.

Aadhunik zilaat me stress ka bhi ek bada factor rehta hai, iske liye dhyan (meditation) aur relaxation techniques ka sahara lenna beneficial ho sakta hai. Agar samasya anyakaarak roop le rahi ho, to turant visheshagya se sampark karein jisse aapki sthiti ka sahi samadhan ho sake.
