Hi Tight foreskin can rupture and painful during sex…but you should not overthink and get stressed by this… You must consult a urologist for this …there are options to get rid for this like circumcision,frenuloplasty etc

A short frenulum (that’s the little bit of skin under your head) plus being scared of pain?
