Ashwagandha, Shilajit, and Kaunch Beej are all solid choices for boosting endurance and vitality, but they work differently for everybody based on your unique constitution or ‘prakriti’.

Ashwagandha is like the all-rounder - it enhances stamina, reduces stress and improves quality of sleep. If sleep is something you’re struugling with, consider Ashwagandha a good friend. You could start with about 500 mg twice a day, ideally with warm milk or water.

Shilajit, on the other hand, works wonders if you’re dealing with energy depletion. It comes in a resin or ready-made capsules. Pure Shilajit can bit be tricky to find so make sure you get the real deal! You might begin with a pea-sized amount, dissolved in warm water once a day. Minor energy boost? Shilajit’s usually pretty quick to act.

Kaunch Beej (Mucuna Pruriens), known to support libido and strength can be had in powder form. Half a teaspoon twice daily with lukewarm milk can be beneficial. Give it a month or so.
