Diet and lifestyle play crucial roles too! Keep your diet warm, moist, and easy to digest — think soups and warm spices like ginger and cumin to encourage the digestive agni (fire). Stay away from cold, raw foods, as they aggravate vata. And, try to include routines that calm your nervous system, like yoga or gentle stretches that don’t strain the back.
