Hello Harsha, Firstly make slight changes in sleeping posture like completely should support ur neck i.e., from back of head to shoulder the pillow should cover. Avoid heavy neck movement Try to go with panchakarma and medicine that will give better and fast result further it won’t increase or spread the pain to shoulder etc 1) Greeva basti followed by Patra pinda sweda for 7 days 2) Nasya for 7 days

Medicine 1) cap cervilon 1-1-1 after food 2) Sahacharadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food 5mins 3) ksheerabala cap 0-0-1 at night followed by milk 4) ksherabala 101 avarthi 1 or 2 drops each nostril at early morning in empty stomach

If u go with panchakarma and medicine u will see results in 10 days or if only medicine u need atleast month

Based on your MRI report, you have mild diffuse disc bulges at C4-5 and C5-6 with small osteophytes that are indenting the thecal sac and neural foramina. This means that there is slight pressure on the nerve exit pathways, though the spinal cord itself appears normal. Advice:- 1.Tab. Trayodashanga guggulu 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2.tab peedantak vati 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water

Managing a cervical disc bulge naturally with Ayurveda involves understanding its roots—often tied to vata imbalance, which governs motion and nerve function. You’re dealing with C4-C5 and C5-C6 issues, sounds uncomfortable, so let’s discuss how Ayurveda may help.

First off, lifestyle changes are key. Avoid heavy lifting or activities causing neck strain, like prolonged computer work. If you have to, take breaks often to move and stretch. When sleeping, opt for a thin pillow. Sleep should always be on your side cause it keeps your spine aligned.

Diet? Well, warming, easy-to-digest foods balance Vata. Think cooked veggies, soups, dals, warm milk with turmeric. You wanna avoid raw, cold foods, and alcohol as they might aggravate Vata. Also keep hydrated, but avoid ice-cold drinks. Ginger tea, it’s a good option for you, helps digestion and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Abhyanga, or oil massage, is fantastic. Use warm sesame oil; massage gently over your neck and spine area. Especially before a warm shower, it calms the nervous system. Post-massage, a warm compress may soothe tension.

Herbal remedies? Ashwagandha and Guggul are commonly recommended. Ashwagandha helps with Vata imbalance, while Guggul can support joint health. Always check with a local practitioner before starting any herbs, of course.

Yoga can support healing too. Gentle poses like the cat-cow or child’s pose cherish the spine. But always listen to your body, and if anything feels off, skip it.

Sometimes, modern science and ancient wisdom need to mingle. If pain persists or worsens, consulting an orthopedic or neurologist is wise too. Medical intervention may be necessary but using Ayurveda for support can complement well-being. Be patient with the process, healing isn’t rushed.
