Hi Harsha, May I know your symptoms as well please. Can you tell when the pain is triggered. Is there any kind of swelling? Do you feel the pain radiating?

Based on your MRI report, you have mild diffuse disc bulges at C4-5 and C5-6 with small osteophytes that are indenting the thecal sac and neural foramina. This means that there is slight pressure on the nerve exit pathways, though the spinal cord itself appears normal. Advice:- 1.Tab. Trayodashanga guggulu 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water 2.tab peedantak vati 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water
