In Ayurveda, symptoms such as extreme hair fall, gut issues, body pain, bone cramps, anxiety, tiredness, and lethargy, along with elevated TSH levels (10), indicate imbalances in the Vata and Kapha doshas, affecting metabolism and energy. To restore balance, Ayurveda recommends herbs like Guduchi (1/2 tsp twice daily) to reduce inflammation and support thyroid health, Triphala at bedtime to improve digestion (1 tsp), and Brahmi to calm the mind and reduce anxiety. Tab Shaddharan 1/2 tablet twice before meals will improve metabolism overall. A diet rich in warm, easily digestible foods like kichadi and soups, along with healthy fats such as ghee and sesame oil, helps nourish the body and support digestion. Incorporating ginger, cumin, and turmeric can further enhance metabolism and reduce inflammation. Daily Abhyanga (oil massage) with warm sesame or almond oil helps relieve body pain, and gentle exercises like yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) balance Vata and boost energy. For thyroid regulation, Kanchanar Guggulu and Trikatu may be useful, but personalised consultation with a physical examination is recommended. Regular use of Bhringraj oil for scalp massage can reduce hair fall, while drinking warm water or herbal teas can help detoxify the body and improve gut health. This holistic approach will help alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being.

How do I need to conse brahmi , in a tablet form or churna . kindly recommend the doses please.
Sounds like you're dealing with quite a mix there, really sorry to hear that. Ayurveda often looks for the root cause and these symptoms could hint at an imbalance in your doshas, maybe especially Vata and Pitta, which can be a tricky combo. Often, this duo imbalance messes a bit with your digestion and mind, leading to symptoms like hairfall, gut problems, and anxiety. Let’s talk about gut issue first, which can be really crucial here. If Agni, the digestive fire, isn't strong, it can lead to accumulation of Ama, the toxic byproduct. Start your morning with warm water and add a slice of ginger or a bit of cumin which can really help awaken your Agni. Maybe try taking Triphala churna at night, just a small amount – like half a teaspoon with warm water. It can help cleanse the gut and balances the system. Now, for your energy slump and the body aches, introducing some grounding foods could be beneficial. Sweet potatoes, ghee, whole grains... these kind of foods has warming and comforting qualities which can help soothe Vata imbalances. Avoid raw and cold foods 'cause they can agitate the Vata and make things worse. Make sure your meals are regular though, stability is key for both digestion and energy levels. Hairfall is tied to your Pitta. Try applying Brahmi oil or Bhringraj oil onto your scalp at night, leave it for a bit then wash it away. It's cooling and nourishing, sort of help calm down that heated Pitta vibe. And herbs like Amalaki can also contribute to hair health, so consider incorporating it into your daily routine. Regarding anxiety, even though it can be tough, practicing deep breathing exercises or meditation for at least 10-15 minutes a day can offer profound relief over time. Building time for mindfulness daily can also untangle lot of the stress knots in your mind. Remember to keep an eye on how things feel, listen to your body, and if things seem to get more complicated or you're unsure - it’s always perfect to get checked by a healthcare professional. Above all, stay patient and kind to yourself, healing takes time.
