Hello Avinash, it is important to understand the cause of constipation in your case. Do you feel hungry, do you follow regular meal timings? Are you drinking enough water and do you include good amount of healthy fats in your diet? Lack of water, lubrication or soluble fiber can all cause hard stools. Also stress can cause it too! Try having easy to digest foods that are not too dry or hard. Have soft rice with ghee, buttermilk with ajwain with meals, drink a glassful of milk added with a teaspoon of ghee on empty stomach every morning. Practice kapalbhati, vajrasan after dinner. Walk atleast 30 mins every morning. Include papaya, guava, raisins, sugarcane, dill sabji in diet regularly. Drink atleast 2.5 litres of water everyday. If this doesn’t help please consult personally for proper advice.

It seems you're experiencing a recurrence of piles along with constipation, hard stools, and gas issues. To provide you with the most effective Ayurvedic recommendations, could you clarify your dietary habits, daily water intake, and any specific triggers you have noticed that worsen your symptoms?
In the meantime, some Ayurvedic formulations that may help include Triphala, which can promote regular bowel movements and soften stools; consider taking 1-2 teaspoons at bedtime with warm water. Haritaki powder, taken before meals, can also aid digestion and relieve constipation. Additionally, Gandharva Hastadi Kashayam may help with gastrointestinal discomfort.
For immediate relief, incorporating Ajwain (carom seeds) into your diet can help alleviate gas and bloating; try chewing a small amount after meals. A warm glass of ginger tea can also assist in digestion and soothe your stomach.
In terms of lifestyle changes, ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day, consume fiber-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and engage in regular physical activity to support digestive health. If your symptoms persist, consider consulting an Ayurvedic physician for a more personalized treatment plan and possible panchakarma therapies to detoxify and balance your body.

Oh, dealing with piles again, that must be incredibly frustrating. Let's delve into this. Piles, or hemorrhoids, often flare up due to irregular bowel habits. First, let's see about your diet. You're saying you have hard stools, sounds like your body's maybe lacking some proper lubrication. Try increasing fiber intake through fruits like papaya, apples (with the skin), or even soaked raisins each morning. They work wonders! Vegetables like spinach or carrots will also be your best friends here.
Now, a little on the gas and farting, that's usually tied to your digestion. In Ayurveda, we think about this like managing your digestive fire—agni. You're probably facing some vata imbalance, leading to this dryness and gas. Drinking warm water instead of cold throughout the day can ease things up. Trifala powder, if you can find it, works as a gentle laxative and helps regulate bowel moments. Taking a teaspoon with warm water before bed could help.
Consider meal timings too—are you eating late? That's no good for digestion. Try to keep dinner at least 3 hours before bed. It gives time for the stomach to process before you hit the sack. Oh, and avoid too much processed sugar or white bread, they don’t help your cause.
Sitz baths can also provide relief for the discomfort piles usually bring. If the pain’s intense or if you notice bleeding, don't hesitate to consult a specialist just to be safe. Piles can sometimes require more immediate interventions, but with a little discipline in diet and lifestyle, you might manage to keep them at bay. And relax, stress adds to the tummy troubles.
The important thing is to listen to your body—your symptoms are your body's way of saying "help needed here" so don't ignore them.
