To effectively address your skin issues, including pus-filled and inflamed acne, as well as the associated digestive problems likely stemming from an increased Vata and Pitta dosha, it would be helpful to gather more information about your food habits and lifestyle. Could you please provide details about your typical diet, any specific foods that you notice worsen your skin condition, and your daily routine, including stress levels and physical activity? In Ayurvedic management, dietary modifications and topical applications can play a crucial role in balancing Vata and Pitta. Consider incorporating a diet that includes cooling foods such as cucumbers, melons, leafy greens, and whole grains while avoiding spicy, oily, and processed foods, which can aggravate these doshas. For external applications, Neem paste (made from neem leaves) can be applied to the affected areas to reduce inflammation and fight acne. Aloe Vera gel is another soothing option that can help calm the skin and promote healing. Additionally, a paste of Turmeric (with a little water) can be used on the acne to reduce inflammation and prevent scarring. For oral medications, consider Triphala, which can aid digestion and detoxification (1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water). Ashwagandha can help manage stress and balance hormones; take it as directed. Gandhak Rasayana, known for its purifying properties, can also be beneficial for skin health (take as directed). Lastly, maintaining a regular routine that includes relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation can help manage stress, which may positively impact both your digestion and skin condition. If symptoms persist, consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized treatment plan is advisable.

Dekh bhai, Vata aur Pitta dono milke skin aur pet mein garbar kar sakte hai, sach mein. Ab jab dono dosha milkar aulad machate hain, toh asthir balance chahiye. Ek aai dawai toh, warm water with a pinch of turmeric and ginger in the morning. Ye dono dosha ko soothe karne mein help karte hain. Par, sahi baat toh ye hai ki lifestyle aur diet change bhi necessary hote hain. Pitta ko cool down karne ke liye nariyal pani toh jadoo hai, nariyl pani pyo dedrut cooler ka kaam karde. Dusri taraf, Vata ko sambhalne ke liye, thoda tel wali malish karni padegi – ek garmaharid tel jisse masaj karo toh aur better. Baki, cheezen agar fix hoti na dikhe toh thoda samay lagega, patience toh jaroori hai Ayurveda mein. Dhyaan rahe ki lifestyle se badi koi dawai nahi hoti, relax aur sukh bhari neend le toh andar se healing fast hota hai. Stress vese sabse badi bimari hai, usse door rkhna bas!
