How to reduce libido - #20588

Fardin

Im a 20 year old man, I want to reduce my libido because sexual desires are becoming a distraction for me and I would like to focus in beneficial things. If there is a way to reduce the semen production maybe without damaging overall health or testosterones, it'd be good. So I was hoping if there is any food or herb which is very useful to reduce libido... I have heard papermint and coriander leaves are somewhat effective but I'm not sure. I'd prefer something very effective that would maybe reduce my libido over 50%
