At this young age getting cardiac issue and then getting cva is very disheartening, do anyone in your family has cardiac issues?? Did he checked his homocysteine level/ ldl level?? If not first get it done. Don’t discontinue the medicines, continue physiotherapy… Follow up at cardiologist and neurologist regularly Trayodashang guggulu- Medha vati- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water Ashwagandha churna- Vatari churna- together 1/2 spoon twice daily with milk

Homocysteine was low and taken treatment for that

Hello… Actually after a panchakarma procedures & physiotherapy they should get strength to body… But dont know what went wrong…

You can massage their body or only left hand with ksheerabala taila & hot water bath then followed by physiotherapy with instruments…

With that you can give Capsule Immunedge plus… 1 cap daily 2 times Tablet Neuron plus… 1 tab 2times for 5 days

"As you mentioned that you have already tried Panchakarma, physiotherapy, and other treatments, it is important to understand that recovery is not a matter of a week or a month—it takes time and consistent effort.

We can begin with daily Sarvanga Abhyanga (full body massage) using Ksheerbala Taila and Maha Narayana Taila.

Orally, we can administer:

Brahma Rasayana – ½ teaspoon with lukewarm water

Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily

Vatari Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily

With regular practice and patience, you will observe significant improvement."

To support your brother’s recovery of hand strength with Ayurveda, it’s essential to address the underlying factors of his condition. The left-side paralysis may be indicative of vata dosha imbalance, which governs movement in the body. Here are some Ayurvedic suggestions that might help along with his ongoing medical treatments.

Firstly, diet plays a crucial role. Emphasize vata-pacifying foods - warm, moist, and nourishing. Include ghee, sesame oil, whole grains like rice and oats, cooked vegetables, and dhal soups. His meals should be regular, not erratic, and eating at set times can help stabilize his dosha.

A specific herbal remedy can be Ashwagandha. This adaptogenic herb is known for its rejuvenating properties, offering support for nerve and muscle function. Dosage is crucial - typically, 1-2 tsp of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk taken in the evening can be beneficial but consult a practitioner for the right dosage.

Mahanarayan Oil is very good for massaging the affected areas. Warm the oil and gently massage the left-side for 15-20 minutes daily. This enhances circulation, reduces stiffness, and provides nourishment to the neural pathways.

Encourage gentle yoga or stretching routines. Focus on poses like Tadasana (mountain pose) or Balasana (child’s pose) to begin with. These help improve circulation and flexibility. Avoid strenuous exercises initially, slow and steady is the key.

Importantly, continue physiotherapy, as it provides a structured approach to regaining muscle function. Communicate openly with his physiotherapist about integrating these Ayurvedic practices for the best outcome.

Always make sure they’re monitored by their doctor, especially because they stopped earlier medication. His medical history requires compliance with medical advice along these alternative treatments. Remember Ayurveda complements, doesn’t replace, necessary medical care.
