Dr. Harshita Hyati
I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, personalized, and holistic approach to women’s health and fertility, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

First tell your complaints then only use any medicine don't take medicine without any doctor suggestion...here you are asking for kam dudha ras then also complaining about leucorrhoea...I would suggest first you tell all your health issues then only take proper medication.

Kumdhudha Ras can indeed be beneficial for gastric issues and acidity due to its properties that help balance the stomach's pH levels and promote digestive comfort. When considering adding Kumdhudha Ras to your regimen, your existing treatments and overall constitution should guide your choice. Both plain and moti yukta versions contain similar primary ingredients, but Moti yukta also includes pearl, which provides cooling properties and might offer additional benefits for acidity and stomach issues. Given your current usage of giloy, ashwagandha, and papaya leaf, it's important to consider their effects too. Ashwagandha is known for its adaptogenic properties, helping in stress-related conditions, which can indirectly affect gastric health. Giloy enhances immunity and digestion, while papaya leaf is mainly for boosting platelets, which is crucial for your condition. If you decide on Kumdhudha Ras, a typical dose can be about 125 mg to 250 mg, taken 1-2 times daily, but it's best to consult with a local Ayurvedic physician who can precisely adjust it to your individual needs. They will take into account your prakriti (individual constitution) and current health status. Also, be mindful of interactions with your other supplements like coral calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium. While they are generally safe, the combined effects should be monitored. Regular blood tests and consultations with a healthcare professional will help ensure your regimen is balanced and beneficial. Remember, self-prescribing can sometimes lead to unintentional imbalances, so guidance is key. In summary, while Kumdhudha Ras might provide the support you seek for gastric issues and leucorrhea, careful consideration and professional advice will ensure it complements your current treatments effectively and safely.
