Massaging the scalp with warm bhringraj oil or coconut oil infused with fenugreek seeds may bolster blood circulation and provide essential nutrients to the hair follicles, thereby promoting growth. Perform the massage 2-3 times a week, letting the oil sit on the scalp for at least 30 minutes before washing it off.

Also, maintaining a diet rich in proteins, iron, and vitamin E is supportive in hair growth. Incorporate foods such as nuts, seeds, spinach, lentils, and whole grains into your meals. Herbal teas, particularly amla (Indian gooseberry) tea, can enhance digestion and detoxify the scalp, supporting healthier hair as well.

Ensuring good sleep hygiene and managing stress through practices like yoga, meditation, are imperative, as stress can exacerbate both skin and hair issues. Additionally, staying well-hydrated aids in detoxification and supports cellular health, potentially leading to improved skin and hair vitality.
