Dark circkes blackness around mouth and foregeah and hairfall - #21255

Hello doctor…… i have dark circkes beneath my eyes and blackness around my mouth and forehead .suggest me something natural or homely . My hair volume is also thin and they don’t grow at fast pace .Pls something for this issue also .
