What can i have to bring liver health to normal, also can this be reversed permanently, i feel pain at right upper abdomen area Also i can’t differentiate between hunger or stomach burning sensation And i get sweet cravings a lot. Currently i am having rare sugar and fats

Hi. Fatty liver is grade 1 it is reversible with diet plan. But for grade 2 you need medicines along with diet. Kindly share your reports so I'll guide you on customised diet plan. Meanwhile avoid Fatty food like red meat, cheese, oily, peanuts. Tab. Liv 52 (2-0-2)
