Feeling tired, weak, and experiencing changes in heart rate can be quite concerning. These symptoms, along with bloating and constipation, might be interlinked with your thyroid issues. In Ayurveda, we look at everything holistically, considering doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), agni, and your prakriti. Given your thyroid concerns and digestive problems, it seems there might be a Vata imbalance at play, maybe with Pitta showing up regarding the emotional tensions and heart rate. Let's break it down. First, about the tiredness and weakness – when your body's agni, or digestive fire, is low, it can't properly digest and absorb nutrients, leading to fatigue. Try sipping warm water throughout the day, maybe with a slice of ginger in it to gently boost your digestion. Avoid cold drinks at all cost. If possible, have your main meal at lunch time when digestion peaks. For your bloating and constipation, these are classic indicators of Vata imbalance. You might benefit from taking Triphala churna at night. Start with a teaspoon in warm water before bed. It helps regulate digestion and cleanse the system. Remember, our gut health is closely tied to our mental and emotional well-being, so balancing this can help with your emotional feelings. The emotional tension you're describing could be related to a Pitta disturbance affecting your heart. Gentle yoga and meditation can be great allies for you. Whenever you feel tension building up, pause, and take some slow, deep breaths. Finally, your thyroid medication is crucial, so continue with it and regularly check in with your healthcare provider. Ayurvedic treatments complement conventional medicine but never replace it for conditions like thyroid disorders. Just, ensure you inform your doctor about any ayurvedic herbs or practices you start. Small steps, consistency, and patience would lead to seeing improvements. Always prioritize your health safety and consult a local Ayurvedic practitioner if possible, who can tailor recommendations to your specific constitution.
