I am suffering from bloating acidity constipation my digestion is not working good please suggest me something I am 22 years old I was having back pain due to which I start taking livogen tablet which result in such things after some time inhave stopped taking livogen tablet

Hi. Avoid bakery and dairy products. Avoid raw pulses raw cabbage. Have cooked freshly Prepared meal . Tab. Shankha vati 2-0-2 before Avipattikar churna 1/2 tsp at night in lukewarm Water Kamdudha ras 2-0-2 after meal.
