If anyway I maintain my skin with my professional career together with maintain diet and meditation. Sometimes difficult to maintain diet sleep mediation in metro city. Can you suggest me someone easiest way to maintain skin for IT corporate professional person

There are lot of reasons for psoriasis like your food and drinks. If you are taking Viruddha ahara, food which is not compatible for you then it will aggregate the condition. There are formulations available in ayurveda.
You can take Kaishora guggulu, Mahatiktaka ghruta, jatyadi taila or nimba taila if you still have itching. Eladi taila is best for itching and to reduce the blacking of skin.

Take hk vitals collagen powder=1 tsp with water at morning time daily
Tab divya psorogrit tab=2-2 tab empty stomach twice daily
Apply cutis ointment in patches
Drink 3-4 litres water per day
Avoid sweets bcz sweets ELIVATES itching

Use a gentle, non-drying face wash,,Cetaphil, Minimalist, or Forest Essentials are good.
Moisturizer: Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer (look for niacinamide or hyaluronic acid).
Sunscreen (must): SPF 30+ broad-spectrum. Apply every morning even indoors.
Keep sunscreen near your laptop/work desk to remind yourself to reapply every 3–4 hours.
#At Night.-Multani Mitti + Rose Water Pack once a wk.
#Taking Steam is good for skin.
Keep yourself well hydrated.

Hydrate yourself take atleast 2 liters of water in a day
Eat freshly prepared food with more of fruits and vegetables
If possible do oil bath i.e apply coconut oil all over your body and do slight massage and after half an hour take bath with warm water
