How can shilajit ashwagandha capsules help with my fatigue and stress levels? - #22220
I am really struggling with fatigue and stress lately, and I've been hearing a lot about shilajit ashwagandha capsules. So, I decided to try them out, but honestly, I’m kinda lost. A few weeks back, I felt completly drained. Work’s been so hectic and my sleep isn’t great either, I just can’t get enough shut-eye! I read somewhere that shilajit ashwagandha capsules could help boost energy and reduce stress, right? So, I got some, but should I take them with meals? Or maybe before bed? I read conflicting info so I'm not sure. Also, are there any side effects I should be worried about? Like, the other day, I felt a bit jittery, which was weird! I don’t want to mess up my health even more. What do u think? Should I continue with shilajit ashwagandha capsules? Are there best times to take it? I just want to feel normal again and not like a zombie! Like, I like to exercise too but right now, even that feels too tiring. Any advice would help a ton, thank you!
