I am really curious about this combo, right? So, I've been looking into ashwagandha and shilajit for a while now. Lately, I've been feeling super stressed, like work and personal stuff is just piling on me, and I read somewhere how ashwagandha can help with stress relief! But then I came across shilajit, and it sounds so beneficial for energy and overall wellness. Now, here’s the thing... I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to combine ashwagandha and shilajit together! I've done a little research, but I see mixed opinions. My friend said it might enhance the benefits, but then I worry about possible side effects. Sometimes I feel like I get overwhelmed with too many herbal supplements, I want something that works, ya know? I mean, sure, they’re both natural, but are they really safe to take together? I want to be careful, especially since I have a history of digestion issues and a sensitive stomach. Anyone have experience with taking ashwagandha and shilajit together? Did it help?
