I am feeling super drained lately, like no energy at all. I read about shilajit ashwagandha capsules and thought they might be the answer. So, I started taking them but didn’t notice much at first. Like, wats the deal with having to wait for a bit to see results? Ugh, patience is not my strong suit lol. It's been about two weeks, and I still feel kinda low on energy. Sometimes I even forget to take my capsules in the rush of day, which prob doesn't help, right? I’ve heard good things about shilajit ashwagandha capsules boosting energy and reducing stress, but I was wondering if there are other factors I should consider? Also, can I mix it with my usual herbal teas, or will that mess up the effects? Eager to hear your thoughts on my not-so-great experience with shilajit ashwagandha capsules! Do I need to change dosage? Or maybe it takes longer for some people? I'm just a bit confused and worried. Any advice or experiences would really help me out!
