I am kind of at my wits end here. So, I’ve been dealing with this nagging fatigue and water retention for a while, and a friend recommended trying punarnavadi kashayam. I’ve read about punarnavadi kashayam uses, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's actually gonna help me. I mean, I want to know exactly how punarnavadi kashayam uses work for issues like mine? I hear it’s supposed to support kidney function and help with fluid balance, but I've got this ballooning feeling in my legs and it’s driving me nuts!! Should I be worried? And what's the right dosage or method? I'm feeling kinda lost here!
