Thinning of hair & grey hair, crown area baldness - #22898

Within 7 months I will be 40. I need to cure before that according to ayurveda.10 years ago I had too much stress, so my hair normal hair started thinning due to excess sebum on hair. I consulted dermatologist for overproduction of sebum & oily dandruff.After usage of ketaconazole shampoo its temporary cure but my side hair turned grey. Due to oily dandruff myhair started thinning & now I have 30℅ of hair on front side.My backside is good. I have grey hair majorly on both the sides but only 50%. Currently I m using anu tailam at night. I have too much heat in body due to less sleep. I sleep after 11.30 pm and wake up at 5 am. I don't have diabetes or any other disease. Mu beard and moustache turning grey very fast. Should I use dermaroller for hair regrowth? Or suggest me alternative way. Can I use bhringrajsava?Please guide me proper and simple lifestyle and treatment

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular exercise Cow ghee nasya daily at bedtime. Tab.Saptamrut lauh 2-0-2 Tab.Protekt 2-0-2 Go for Takradhara for better and fast result.

Hey muneer dnt be stressed bcz stress is the main cause of baldness and hair loss …in case of greying hairs it’s depends upon your diet if you take more hot /protenous or spicy pitta vardhak ahara with nazla called allergic sinusitis ITSS causes greying of hairs…

Muneer this is a pitta kaphaj disbalance Start using- 1. Bhringarajasava – 10 ml with equal water after lunch & dinner 2. Brahmi Vati – 1 tab at night 3. Ashwagandha Churna – 1/2 tsp with warm milk at night 4. Triphala Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime if you feel bloated 5.keep continuing Anu tail instalation. Before Hair Wash:

Apply Neelibhringadi Taila or Bhringaraj Taila (not Anu tailam on scalp) (massage for 10 mins before wash)

Use homemade scalp scrub once a week:

Mix neem powder + methi powder + curd + lemon – apply 15 mins before wash (clears sebum & dandruff)

Hair Wash:

Switch from ketoconazole to a herbal shampoo like Satthwa, Kama Ayurveda, or Patanjali Kesh Kanti Aloe vera

And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed.
