I am taking seabuckthorn juice in the morning and evening apple cide vinegar . is this ok? Also i am doing exercise daily 1 hour .. 6 kms brisk walking . Ifeel i have bad constipation and acid refluxes. I some time get pain in chest due to gas and bloating

Anil ji you are doing great! For a change Adjust Morning Routine:

1.Start with 1 glass warm water + pinch of cumin + pinch of ajwain (instead of ACV) 2. 15 min later, take Seabuckthorn juice (30 ml diluted) 3. Wait 30 min, then have a light warm breakfast (like khichdi, oats, or cooked fruit)
