It's good to hear that you're taking charge of your health, but let's ensure your regimen is supporting your liver health optimally and addressing your current concerns, particularly constipation and acid reflux. Seabuckthorn juice is rich in antioxidants which can be beneficial for the liver, but it's important to ensure its quantity is suitable for your body. Remember that excessive intake can sometimes lead to digestive distress, so moderation is key. Regarding the apple cider vinegar, while it's often used to improve digestion, it can potentially exacerbate acid reflux in some individuals. Try reducing the amount or diluting it further with water to see if it alleviates the discomfort. It could also be useful to consume it just once a day instead of twice. For constipation and bloating, enhancing Agni (digestive fire) is crucial. Warm water sipped throughout the day can help, especially before meals. Eating at consistent times, reducing intake of heavy foods, and including more fiber-rich, easily digestible foods can benefit your digestion. Consider adding a teaspoon of fennel seeds to your meals or chewing a few after eating to reduce bloating and improve digestion. Regular brisk walking is a staple for good health and helps maintain good circulation, but make sure you're not overdoing it if you're feeling any pressure or strain. Listening to your body’s signals is important. You could complement your exercise with simple yoga poses like Pawanmuktasana which can aid digestion and relieve gas. In Ayurveda, Triphala is traditionally used to support digestive health and relieve constipation. Taking it at night may help. If symptoms persist or worsen, consulting a healthcare professional or an Ayurvedic practitioner is advised to tailor the recommendations further to your prakriti (constitution) and current state of imbalance—possibly involving a deeper look into your diet, lifestyle, or any underlying conditions.
