1.Tiktakam kwatham tablet 2-0-2 before food 2.Vilwadi gulika 1-0-1after food 3.Krimighna vati 1bd after food 4.Thriphala tab 2 at bedtime 5.Malathyadi taila for hair(30min before headbath/weekly 2-3times) Since you are already having Autoimmune condition, for your vaginal itching also we need a complete body detox/cleansing -For that visit a nearby Ayurvedic treatment center and Do Kashaya vasthi (medicated enema)/weekly once.

Along with ur internal medication.. for vaginal itching u can start with 1.yonikshalana (Douch) with triphala kashaya for 7 to 14 days 2.followed up by Yoni pichu - locally these procedures should be done but still i would advise you to get admitted and you can do full shodana treatment which will get improvement slowly but surely ! - Atleast u will need 2-3 sitting but there will great relief in symptoms as we go through a proper protocol . Please consult in an proper ayurvedic hospital and get admitted and start treatment! Thank you !!! Take care!

For addressing your multiple health concerns through Ayurveda, we'll need a comprehensive approach that targets each issue based on your unique constitution, or Prakriti, and potential dosha imbalances. Let's tackle your severe hair loss, muscle pain, and vaginal itching specifically. Hair Loss: Hair loss often links to an imbalance in Pitta dosha. Ayurvedic herbs like Bhringraj and Amla are known for their efficacy. Regularly apply Bhringraj oil to your scalp two to three times a week. You can also consider consuming Amla juice—30 ml mixed with water daily to nourish your hair. Avoid excessively spicy food, which may aggravate Pitta and worsen hair loss. Muscle Pain: This condition can sometimes be related to a Vata imbalance. It may help to incorporate Ashwagandha, known for its rejuvenating properties, into your routine—usually in powder form with warm milk, taken before bed. Topical application of warmed sesame oil can also be beneficial. Massage the affected areas gently to enhance blood circulation and reduce muscle stiffness. Vaginal Itching: For vaginal itching, maintaining a balanced Kapha dosha is crucial. Use Dashamoola kwath or decoction—boil the herbs and wash the area with it once daily. It may help reduce itching and inflammation. Ensure to keep the area dry and avoid tight clothing, as moisture can exacerbate the issue. Diet and Lifestyle: Stay hydrated and incorporate plenty of fiber into your diet to help with constipation. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can assist with bowel regulation. Avoid processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol, as these can unbalance your doshas. Ensure adequate rest and manage stress through meditation or yoga, as stress can exacerbate autoimmune symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner in person who can provide a more tailored treatment plan based on a complete health assessment.
