"How to get rid of white hair ?" - #24966

Age 22 Problem :- white hair It's been four months that I noticed that my hair started graying . I feel so embarassing in public . What to do ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

According to Ayurveda premature greying is associated with Pita and vata dosas
So inorder to manage premature greying ,we need to focus on this dosa management also
1.Drakshadi kwatham tab 2-0-2 before food
2.Thriphala tab 2-0-2 after food
3.Annabedi sindhooram caps2-0-2 after
food
4.Narasimha rasayana 1tsp at bedtime followed by warm milk
5.Prapaoundarikadi taila for head (weekly 2-3times,do gentle massage and leave it for 30min then wash it off)
Avoid Junk ,and processed foods
Avoid tea/coffee
Avoid pickle
Take 3-4litre of water /day
Focus more on fruits and vegetables
Avoid day time sleep
Practice meditation (which can reduce your stress level )
Please do a blood test of Vit.D, Vit. B12 AND calcium

The graying of hair at a young age may be attributed to various factors, including genetics, imbalances in the body's doshas, stress, or nutritional deficiencies. Relying solely on topical solutions may not address the root cause, so let's explore a few Ayurvedic approaches.
Firstly, consider your diet, agen and lifestyle. Incorporate foods rich in iron, vitamins B12 and E, that supports hair health. Include leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains daily to nourish your hair. Ensure you're also drinking plenty of water to keep your body hydrated,argeting any imbalance of Pitta dosha which is often linked to greying issues.
Herbal remedies, like Amla (Indian Gooseberry), are highly recommended in Ayurveda for hair health. You can consume Amla juice daily or use its powder mixed with water as a hair mask once a week. This is known to promote natural pigmentation and strengthen the hair follicles.
Nabain oil, another popular recommendation, can be massaged into the scalp twice a week. It improves blood circulation, helping the nutrients reach the root of the hair, which in turn can promote natural hair color. Use warm oil and gently massage it in circular motions for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Stress reduction is equally important, as chronic stress contributes to hair graying. Regular practice of calming exercises, such as yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises), can be effective. These activities not only reduce stress but also balance the body's internal environment.
Avoidance of hair chemicals and heat styling tools is advised, to prevent further damage and maintain the natural health of your hair. Frequent exposure to harsh environments should also be minimized.
Remember, changes in you hair condition won't happen overnight. Consistency and patience is key, as these remedies often provide gradual improvement rather than immediate results. If the issue persists or worsens, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for a detailed assessment of your dosha balance and personal constitution.
