These imbalances could be affecting your Agni (digestive fire) and overall Ojas (vitality), leading to the symptoms you're experiencing.
First, I’d suggest looking at your diet and seeing where you can introduce more nourishing, grounding foods. Think whole grains, sweet and moist foods like milk, ghee, and juicy fruits. They kinda calm Vata and build Ojas. Avoid spicy and fried stuff, as they're gonna aggravate Pitta and mess with your Agni.
Herbs can be a real game-changer too. Ashwagandha is fantastic for boosting energy and reducing anxiety. It's like a natural stress reliever, and can help with energy and stamina—maybe take it as a powder with warm milk before bed or in the morning.
