Mere chehre ki skin kuch samay se dheere-dheere loose hone lagi hai. Ab aisa lagta hai jaise skin latak rahi ho, especially cheeks aur jawline ke area mein. Skin pe tightness ya elasticity bilkul kam ho gayi hai. Koi swelling ya redness nahi hai, lekin appearance old aur tired lagti hai. Chehre ki skin ke latakne ya loose hone ka samanya karan hota hai, twacha ka kollagen aur elastin ghattna, jo age ke sath-sath hone lagta hai. Yeh system aise kuch factors se bhi badhta hai jaise ki gharidpan, anjaamheen lifestyle aur proper skin care na karna. Ayurveda ke mutabik, skin sagging vata dosha ki asantulan ki wajah se bhi ho sakti hai. Hain kuch cheezein jo aapne abhi se follow karni chahiye.

Dietary Changes: Aapne aahar mein collagen aur elastin ko badhane wale elements shamil karen. Fresh fruits, sabziaan, nuts aur seeds jo antioxidant se bharpoor hote hain, unko shamil karein. Cuspecially, vitamin C se bhara hua khanan jais oranage, lemon aur guava apadren. Iske alawa, amla ras din mein ek ya do bar le sakte hain.

Abhyanga: Rozana ek accha facial abhyanga (maasaj) sarso ya narial ke tel se karein yeh blood circulation ko badhata hai aur skin ke regenerative capacity ko maadbuta karta hai. Chamkadar maasaj ki jagah, dheere se circular motion mein maasaj karein, yeh vata shamak hota hai.
