Time ko manage karne ke liye, Ayurveda mein bahut si practices hain jo aapke help kar sakti hain. Pehle toh ye samajhna zaroori hai ki aapka din kaisa ja ra hai abhi. Agar aap stress aur pressure me hain, toh uspe focus karna jaruri hai. Ayurved kehta hai ki mental balance aur stress management ka dhyan rakhein, kyunki ye aapke din aur samay ko directly affect karta hai.

Subah ka time din ka sabse productive hissa hota hai, toh is time ko sahi se use karein. Thoda pehle uthne ki koshish karein; yeh prauth karma (dincharya) ka part hain. Yeh aapka agni, yani digestive fire ko stimulate karega aur aapko din bhar energy dega.

Diet pe bhi focus karna jaruri hai. Sattvik food khayen; yaani ki woh jo fresh, lightly cooked aur easily digestible ho. Junk food aur heavily processed cheezen avoid karein, yeh aapke energy levels ko down karte hain. Aur haan, samay pe khana khana bhi zaroori hai, skip nahi karna chahiye.

Yoga aur pranayama mein kuch waqt lagana bhi worthwhile hota hai. Surya Namaskar ya kuch light stretching exercises din ko balance karke focus mei badhata hai. Pranayam, jese ki Kapalbhati aur Anulom Vilom, energy aur concentration mei asar dale sakta hai.

Relaxation ke liye, din mein thoda time meditation kar sakte ho. Yeh aapke mind ko calm aur focus rakhega, aur ultimately, aapka time manage hone lag jayega. Mukhya baat ye hai ki vyavasthit routine banaye aur uspe dedicated rahen.

Agar speciic herbs ka use karna chahte ho, toh Brahmi aur Ashwagandha consider kar sakte ho. Yeh brain tonics hain jinki memory aur focus par acchi effects hain. Lekin koi bhi herbal supplements lenese pehle kisi qualified Ayurvedic practitioner se consult kar lena chahiye.
