Time ko manage karne ke liye, Ayurveda mein bahut si practices hain jo aapke help kar sakti hain. Pehle toh ye samajhna zaroori hai ki aapka din kaisa ja ra hai abhi. Agar aap stress aur pressure me hain, toh uspe focus karna jaruri hai. Ayurved kehta hai ki mental balance aur stress management ka dhyan rakhein, kyunki ye aapke din aur samay ko directly affect karta hai. Subah ka time din ka sabse productive hissa hota hai, toh is time ko sahi se use karein. Thoda pehle uthne ki koshish karein; yeh prauth karma (dincharya) ka part hain. Yeh aapka agni, yani digestive fire ko stimulate karega aur aapko din bhar energy dega. Diet pe bhi focus karna jaruri hai.
