For endometriosis and cyst reduction, Ayurvedic remedies like Kanchnar Guggulu and Ashokarishta are often used to balance hormones, reduce cyst size, and improve uterine health. Castor oil packs on the abdomen may also help reduce inflammation and cyst size. Turmeric (Curcumin) supplements have anti-inflammatory properties and can alleviate pain. To conceive naturally with endometriosis: Follow a Pitta-pacifying diet (avoid spicy, acidic, and oily foods). Practice yoga (e.g., Baddha Konasana, Supta Baddha Konasana) to improve pelvic circulation. Use fertility-boosting herbs like Shatavari to strengthen reproductive health. Precautions: Regular monitoring of cyst size is necessary. Severe cysts (like 7 cm) might not dissolve completely without surgery. Consult both an Ayurvedic practitioner and a gynecologist for personalized treatment.

When it comes to managing endometriosis, especially when you're dealing with cysts, Ayurveda can offer some insights, though results might vary for each person. Now it's essential to understand that Ayurvedic treatments focus on balancing doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and strengthening your agni or digestive fire. For the cysts you mentioned, a combination of herbal medicines and lifestyle changes can help. But remember, these things take time and patience. The herbs like Ashoka, Shatavari, and Turmeric can be useful due to their anti-inflammatory properties. You could try a decoction made of Ashoka bark—boil a teaspoon in a cup of water until it’s half, and drink it twice daily. Guggul is another herb often recommended for its potential to help reduce cysts. Now about trying to conceive with endometriosis, your best bet is to keep stress levels as low as possible, easier said than done, I know! Meditating 10-15 minutes daily can do wonders for emotional relief. Pranayama or deep breathing exercises can balance your hormones, further improving chances of conception. And a diet favoring anti-inflammatory foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can be beneficial. Avoid cold, heavy or spicy foods to keep your digestive fire strong. Turmeric milk before bed can help detoxify. Gently massage your lower abdomen with warm sesame oil if there's discomfort. It’ll help pacify Vata dosha, often involved in endo. But, I gotta say, regular follow-ups with a gynecologist are crucial. Ayurveda is complementary, not a replacement for medical advice, especially if you're aiming to conceive. Lastly, maintain good hydration and keep moving. Light exercise helps keep your body in balance and minimize symptoms. Remember though, if symptoms worsen or become really uncomfortable, seeking medical intervention promptly is a good idea. Your health always comes first!
