I am feeling really overwhelmed and confused lately. A few months ago, I started experiencing joint pain, mostly in my knees and wrists, like a dull ache that just won’t go away! However, I’m not sure if they’re really working. I mean, the pain hasn't completely disappeared, but maybe it’s slightly better?
