धातु रोग (धातु क्षय) का मुख्य कारण मानसिक तनाव, असंतुलित खान-पान और हस्तमैथुन की अधिकता हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद में, इसे ओजस की कमी और वात दोष की वृद्धि से जोड़ा जाता है। उपचार में पौष्टिक और बलवर्धक औषधियों का उपयोग किया जाता है।
