Dhootapapeshwar Kantaloha Bhasma - #30091
I am going through a pretty frustrating situation and hope someone can shed some light on this. A while back, I started experiencing severe fatigue and some weird joint pains. At first, I thought it was just stress or maybe getting older, you know how it is. But after some tests, my doctor mentioned that my iron levels were low, like really low. It got me worried because I've tried so many things – supplements, diet changes, you name it.
