Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus Liquid - #30694

Elizabeth

I am really struggling with fatigue lately, and I don't know what to do about it. About a month ago, I started experiencing this awful tiredness that just didn't go away, even after sleeping well. A friend recommended I try the Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus Liquid, claiming it really helped her boost her energy levels. I ordered it last week and just started taking it. But I'm also a bit hesitant since I don't want to rely on supplements if there’s a better root cause. My symptoms have been pretty annoying—feeling drained in the middle of the day, even after caffeine. I sometimes feel a bit dizzy too?? Like, I don't know if it’s related or just my imagination. Also, I work long hours and don't eat the healthiest all the time. Have you guys had good experiences with Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus Liquid? Like, how long does it usually take before you really feel a change? Should I be looking into something else too or is this normal? I really want to get back to my normal energy level, but I am confused about whether this is the right route. Any advice would be super appreciated!

Doctors' responses

When dealing with persistent fatigue, it’s good to explore multiple angles before relying solely on supplements. Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus Liquid is a popular Ayurvedic option claimed to bolster vitality through natural ingredients, yet the key is to address the underlying issues which may be causing fatigue. It’s best to adopt a holistic approach in line with Ayurvedic principles.

Firstly, consider identifying your dosha. For instance, Vata imbalances often manifest as fatigue accompanied by dizziness. Dietary changes aligned with your dosha can significantly alleviate these issues. Eating dosha-balancing foods – think warm, nurturing meals if you’re predominantly Vata or Kapha – might be very beneficial. Try to maintain regular meal timings to nourish your digestive fire, or agni. Including wholesome, sattvic foods like whole grains, lentils, fresh green veggies, and good fats like ghee can support your overall vitality.

In your case, long work hours and poor diet might have disrupted your ojas, leading to fatigue. Aim for a balanced diet, regular eating schedule, and incorporate rejuvenating herbs like Ashwagandha, which is renowned for its adaptogenic properties; it enhances endurance and clarity. Mindfully using adaptogens alongside Energy Plus could offer you more sustained benefits.

The timing and consistency of Energy Plus Liquid also matter. Ideally, aim to take it in the morning to harness its benefits through the day. Observed effects can vary by individual, but with regular intake, you might notice a difference within a few weeks.

However, if dizziness persists or worsens, or if fatigue does not improve with these changes, consulting a healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic practitioner is essential. They can offer personalized insights into possible deficiencies or imbalances and explore further interventions, ensuring you’re not missing a more serious underlying cause.

Remember to prioritize rest. Short, consistent sleep, adequate relaxation and destressing practices like yoga or meditation can be foundational for boosting energy levels naturally.

Feeling consistently fatigued can be frustrating, and it’s understandable to have doubts about relying solely on supplements. While Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus Liquid may offer some benefits, especially if it aligns with your dosha imbalance, it’s important to look into underlying causes. Your symptoms suggest a potential imbalance in your vata, possibly influenced by long working hours and dietary habits.

The fatigue, especially a sense of tiredness even after a good night’s sleep, might stem from erratic eating patterns, skipped meals, or poor digestive function, affecting your body’s agni, or metabolic fire. Addressing the root cause often involves establishing regular meal times, prioritizing nourishing, sattvic foods (such as warm, cooked meals with whole grains and vegetables), and staying hydrated. Reducing caffeine might also help, as it can provoke vata and further drain your natural energy over time.

Vaidyaratnam Energy Plus could support your energy restoration, but monitoring how you feel after a few weeks of consistent use is wise. Some report feeling a shift earlier, but individual responses vary. Assessing your sleep hygiene is also crucial, as restorative sleep is a cornerstone to energy management.

If dizziness persists, examining stress levels and confirming no underlying deficiencies (such as iron or vitamin B12) with a healthcare provider is wise. Also, consider integrating practices like Abhyanga (self-massage with warm oil tailored to your dosha) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to create balance and promote a grounded sense of well-being. If your symptoms persist or worsen, seeking a professional evaluation would be wise to rule out other potential health issues.
