Sir mujhe koi bhi dry fruits,seeds wagera khane ke kuch din bad hi pesab karne ke bad chipchipa pani aane lagtahaai uske bad jalan aur testis main dard bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi growingarea main bhi pain hota hai ....isliye mera sharir kamjor ho gaya sir dry fruit nhi kha pata hu egg bhi aur yeh pichle ek saal se hai iske liye kya karu kya nhi ...mtlb khaane main kya khaye kya parhej karien thoda batayega ...aur koi ek medicine bhi batadijiye mai already insonmania anexity ke liye saraswatarishta le raha hu .... Yeh bimari jo hai isko kaise thik karie.
