Cervical spondylosis ka lagbhag 3 mahine se aapko takleef hai, jo neck ki stiffness ki wajah se aur challenging ho gayi hai. Yadi physiotherapy se bhi rahat nahi mil raha, toh ek Ayurvedic approach is matter me sahayak ho sakta hai. Cervical spondylosis ek Vata dosha vitiation ka nateeja ho sakta hai aur aapko jagate samay stiffness vata ke karan badh sakti hai.

Upchar ke roop me, sabse pehle di jati hai Abhyanga, yaani tel se maalish. Erandmooladi Tailam ya Narayana Tailam se pratidin garam tel se neck ke aas paas maalish karein, yeh snayu ko relax karega aur blood circulation ko sudharega. Iske baad Garam Pottali se sek dena beneficial ho sakta hai.

Diet mein, aap vata balance karne wale bhojan samil karen. Udaharan ke liye, ghee aur til ka tel apne aahar mein istimaal karen. Kadhwa, tikhha aur sheeta (cold) bhojan se bachein. Garam paani piye aur junk foods se doori banayein jitna sambhav ho sake.

Ek achha ayurvedic formulation hai, Punarnavadi Guggulu, jo swelling aur stiffness down karta hai. Yeh ek Ayurvedic practitioner ki salah par liya jaye toh yeh laxan me fark dal sakta hai.

Yoga aur pranayam bhi kafi upyogi ho sakte hain. Aap Bhramari pranayam aur gentle neck exercises bhale dyaan se karein jo spaasm ko release karenge. Pratidin sujhav di gayi aasans jese Bhujangasana aur Tadasana karne ka prayas karein.

Aakhir mein, yeh bhi zaruri hai ki aap iska modern medical diagnosis aur treatment ko sath me rakhein. Achar aur lifestyle mein badlav, sahi upchar ke sath, cervical spondylosis pe kafi sudhar la sakta hai.

Cervical spondylosis can be quite a bothersome condition, particularly when it leads to persistent neck stiffness even after physiotherapy. Let’s explore some Siddha-Ayurvedic strategies that might complement your current treatment and help alleviate your symptoms.

First, consider your vata dosha, which may be aggravated in this situation, contributing to the stiffness and discomfort. I recommend gentle, warm self-massage using herbal oils infused with herbs like Mahanarayana or Ashwagandha Tailam. Apply this oil to your neck and shoulders before a warm shower once daily, preferably in the morning. This can help to soothe the nerves and improve mobility.

You might also benefit from dietary adjustments. Emphasize warm, cooked foods and incorporate spices like turmeric and ginger, which can help enhance digestion and reduce inflammation. Sipping warm water throughout the day is advisable, as this can aid in maintaining proper hydration and vata balance.

Incorporate some gentle yoga asanas or pranayama techniques specifically designed for cervical spine health. Gentle neck rotations and breathing exercises like Anulom-Vilom can improve flexibility and circulation, supporting your therapy practice.

Finally, while Ayurveda offers supportive strategies, it’s crucial to continue your physiotherapy sessions and maintain regular follow-ups with your healthcare provider. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a medical professional to rule out any potential complications.
