Yes your BP, Sugar levels are normal, Start with Yastimadhu churan 1/2tsp. + Sitopaladi 1tsp + Talisadi churan 1tsp mix with warm water and take twice daily after food. Do warm water Gargle with pinch of turmeric powder. Steam inhalation twice daily with few drops of eucalyptus oil. Do Nasya with Anu tel 2drops in both nostril twice daily. Avoid fried foods citrus fruits cold drink icecream… Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika kapalbhati daily for 5-10mins twice.
