I am really struggling with some persistent health issues, and I feel like I've tried everything. For the last couple of months, I’ve been dealing with extreme fatigue, occasional digestive problems, and just overall like my body is not in sync. A friend recommended Aayush Sulaba Capsules and said it could help with balancing things out. I’ve looked it up and read that it supports overall wellness, but I’m kinda confused if it’s really what I need? I do the occasional yoga class, but I don't stick to a super strict routine—life gets busy, you know? And my diet could definitely be better. I also tend to stress out a lot which probably doesn’t help. I’ve been to a couple of doctors, have had blood tests, everything seems normal but my energy levels just doesn't come back! What I’m really wondering is, has anyone had any success with Aayush Sulaba Capsules? Is it safe to mix with my current vitamins? And how long does it usually take to notice a difference?
