I am really searching for some help here! Lately, I've been feeling super sluggish and kinda out of it, like my energy just vanished. A friend mentioned Rajah Ayurveda Partharishtam might be good but I'm not sure. I read that it's supposed to support energy levels and boost vitality, sounds perfect for my situation. I've tried some other remedies but nothing quite sticks. Last week I had this horrible fatigue after trying to manage work and personal stuff. I even started sleeping like really poorly, waking up tired. Just yesterday, I had to take a nap after lunch which was super embarrassing! My diet isn't the best either; I know I should eat healthier, but between stress and everything, it's hard. Do you guys think mixing Rajah Ayurveda Partharishtam into my day could actually help?
