Baidyanath Tamra Bhasma - #32589
I am really stressed out because lately, I have been feeling super sluggish and just not myself. A few weeks ago, I started taking Baidyanath Tamra Bhasma after reading a lot about it and how it can supposedly help with low energy and fatigue. Like, everyone says it’s a miracle worker, right? Anyway, I thought I'd try it since I’ve been feeling weak and my digestion has also been off, like, bloating and stuff. But I gotta be honest, since starting Baidyanath Tamra Bhasma, I feel a bit confused. Some days I think I notice a tiny bit of improvement, then other days, total crash! And I’m kinda worried, should I be taking it every day? How much is too much? I’ve also heard something about possible side effects, but I just want to know if this is normal. I really wanna understand how Baidyanath Tamra Bhasma works with the body, like, does it take time to kick in or something? Any tips on how I should combine it with my current lifestyle? Getting anxious just typing this out! I appreciate any advice from you guys in the forum!
