I am struggling with some issues lately, and I really need some advice. A few months ago, I felt super fatigued and anxious all the time, really just drained. After doing some research, I came across Vaidyaratnam Aswagandha Tablets and thought, maybe this could help? Anyway, I tried them, and at first, it felt like a miracle! I had more energy and I was even sleeping better. But then, after a few weeks, the effects kind of tapered off?? Like, I’m not sure if it was just a placebo or what, but I had this weird sense of heaviness in my chest for a couple days. I did consult with my doc, and he said my thyroid levels were fine. Still, I can’t help but wonder if Vaidyaratnam Aswagandha Tablets are really meant for everyone or if they are better suited for specific kinds of stress? Some days I feel better but other days I just feel overwhelmed again. Should I increase the dosage, or do you think I should combine them with something else? I really don’t want to just rely on these tablets without understanding their true effects on my body. Any insights on long-term use of Vaidyaratnam Aswagandha Tablets would be amazing, thanks!!
