Hello Swati ji, Treatment - 1. Neem ghanvati 1-0-1 after meal 2. Mahamanjisthadi kwath 30ml with 30 ml water twice a day after meal 3. Amalaki rasayan+ Black sesame seed powder - 1 tsp with water twice a day before meal 4. Rogan Badam oil -2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 5. Apply Aloe vera gel after cleaning the face with rosewater 6. Apply kumkumadi tel on face before bedtime 7. For hair growth - Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week.

Follow these - 1. Adequate amount of water 2. Eat antioxidant rich food like amla, beans, green tea, spinach etc 3. Clean your towel and pillowcase every week 4. Avoid using makeup or some chemical product especially before sleeping. 5. Boil 1 spoon of triphla powder in 2 glasses of water,let it cool then use this for hairwash once a week. 6. Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling etc.

Yoga - 1. Anulom vilom 2. Sheetali 3. Sheetkari 4. Adhomukhashavasan 5. Uttanasan Follow this treatment plan and you will see the difference. Review after 1 month. Regards, Dr. Anupriya

Bal jhadna aur ptle hone ka samasya aksar lifestyle aur dietary factors se Judi hoti hai. Methi ke fayde apne jagah hain, lekin hair fall rokne ke liye aur bhi kuch cheezein azma sakti hain. Pehla, apni diet ka vishesh dhyan rakhein. Aapko apne aahar mein protein-rich khadya, jaise ki daal, paneer, nuts aur seeds shamil karna chahiye. Yeh baal ke liye zaroori nutrients provide karte hain.

Aap oil massage ka bhi prayog kar sakte hain. Coconut oil ya bhringraj oil se week mein do baar scalp pe massage karein. Isse blood circulation improve hota hai aur nourishment milta hai scalp ko. Amla aur reetha ka shampoo se bal dhona bhi faydemand ho sakta hai.

Aap apne stress levels ko manage karne pe focus karein. Yog aur pranayam ka daily routine mein include karna helpful rahega. Sleep bhi proper honi chaahiye, at least seven to eight ghante, kyunki poor sleep bhi hair fall ka karan ban sakti hai.

Skin ke liye, daily cleansing aur toning zaroori hai. Face ko neem ya tea tree oil-based face wash se dhoyein, jo ki oily skin ke liye perfect rehta hai. Dahi aur besan ka face pack laga sakte hain hafte mein do baar. Yah dark spots halke karne mein madad karega.

Din bhar bahar rahte hain to sunscreen zaroor lagayen. SPF 30 ya usse jyada wala sunscreen chunen. Iske saath, antioxidant-rich foods jaise ki anaar aur haldi ko diet mein shamil karein. Yeh aapki skin health ko andar se sudharenge.

Dhyan rahe ki health ke masle agar badh jaaye ya seriousness lage, toh medical professional se sampark karna zaroori hai.
