Aarux Stoneflux Tablets - #33953
I am really struggling and need some advice. A few months ago, I started taking Aarux Stoneflux Tablets after hearing great things about them from a friend who said they helped with her kidney stones. I’ve had issues with recurring stones, and it felt like nothing was working. Anyway, I was hopeful when I started these tablets, but recently I've just been feeling kinda off. My symptoms are all over the place: sometimes there's this weird pain in my lower back, and I seem to have a lot more urgency to urinate, which is super frustrating! Other days, I feel like there is pressure in my abdomen, and honestly, I'm scared I'm just making my situation worse. I stopped drinking soda as advised, but even with that, I’m not sure how much the Aarux Stoneflux Tablets are really helping. I read that they help to dissolve stones, but am I doing it all wrong? I went to my doc, but he just kinda brushed it off. Has anyone else experienced similar stuff while using Aarux Stoneflux Tablets? Should I be worried? Do I need to change my diet or take some other supplements? Feels like I’m stuck in this loop and need some guidance. Thanks in advance!

Aarux Stoneflux Tablets, while they can be beneficial for some with kidney stones, may not suit everyone’s constitution, especially if not aligned with their dosha. Since your symptoms – lower back pain, urgency to urinate, and abdominal pressure – have persisted or worsened, caution should be applied here. It’s possible that the tablets might not be addressing the root cause of your stone issues or may even be aggrevating your symptoms due to side effects.
In Ayurveda, kidney stones can be related to a vitiation of Vata or Pitta doshas. The feeling of urgency and pressure could suggest a Pitta imbalance, aggravated by these tablets if they have hot potency herbs or ingredients. Before incorporating any more supplements, a thorough understanding of your prakriti (body constitution) and vikriti (current imbalances) is crucial. In ayurveda, balancing these factors would naturally reduce stone formation tendency.
Dietary changes are a core part of Ayurveda. You already stopped soda, which’s good since it can contribute to imbalance. Focus also on avoiding foods high in oxalates like spinach and nuts if prone to oxalate stones. Instead, incorporate more hydrating and cooling foods, like cucumbers and coconut water, to soothe Pitta. Drink plenty of water— at least 2.5 liters daily, unless contraindicated by other health conditions, as dehydration is a common cause for stones.
Consider natural diuretics and herbs like punarnava and gokshura, which can enhance kidney function. Also, yoga poses like bhujangasana and pavanmuktasana may improve abdominal pressure and back pain by increasing circulation to kidneys.
If symptoms persist or worsen, please contact a healthcare professional for a comprehensive evaluation immediately for any underlying issues. Don’t rely exclusively on the tablets or switch to new treatments without professional guidance. The focus should be on creating a regimen that balances your body holistically, involving dietary, lifestyle, and potentially safer medication practices suitable to your specific needs.
If you’re experiencing discomfort while taking Aarux Stoneflux Tablets, it’s important to consider a few factors related to kidney stones and how such formulations interact with your body. While these tablets are designed to aid in dissolving kidney stones, they can sometimes stimulate the urinary tract, potentially leading to the urgency and discomfort you’re feeling. The back pain and abdominal pressure may indicate your body trying to pass a stone, which could explain these sensations.
In the Siddha-Ayurvedic perspective, kidney stones are often linked to an imbalance of the tridosha, particularly an excess of vata and kapha, which may lead to the aggregation of minerals in the kidneys. Addressing these imbalances could potentially alleviate symptoms and prevent further stone formation.
First, continue avoiding sugary and carbonated drinks, as you already are. Hydration is crucial, aim to drink plenty of warm water throughout the day to help flush out your kidneys. Adding lemon or lime juice to your water can also be beneficial thanks to the natural citric acid helping break down stones.
Dietary adjustments are equally pivotal — focus on reducing high-oxalate foods like spinach, beets, and nuts, as these can contribute to stone formation. Incorporating more pitta-pacifying foods like cucumber, watermelon, and foods rich in fiber could aid digestion and help balance your system.
Consider incorporating herbs such as Gokshura (tribulus terrestris) and Punarnava (boerhavia diffusa), which are traditionally used in Siddha medicine to support kidney health. Still, be cautious with any additional supplements, ensuring no interactions with the Aarux Stoneflux Tablets you’re taking.
However, given your symptoms, I must emphasize the importance of consulting a healthcare professional or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a personalized approach to your condition. Your safety is the top priority, so please monitor the symptoms closely and seek immediate attention if they worsen or if you feel significant pain, as that could indicate something more serious requiring urgent care.
