I am super confused about what to do with this weird issue I'm having. A few months ago, I started feeling really drained and sluggish, like, I could barely get out of bed some days. My digestion went totally off too, which was super strange since I thought I had a pretty strong stomach. I heard about Vaidyaratnam Indukantham Kashayam from a friend who's into Ayurveda, and she swears by it. I’ve been trying to find out more, but I’m honestly lost! I ordered some online, but I'm not 100% sure how to use it correctly. Do I take it everyday or just when I feel bad?
