Amydio Forte Syrup - #35353

I am really desperate for help right now! A month ago, I started feeling super sluggish and it turns out my iron levels were really low. My doc suggested I try out something called Amydio Forte Syrup after I freaked out about taking those iron pills that always upset my stomach. Anyway, I went ahead and started taking it but honestly, I’m not sure if it’s helping or just making things more confusing? I’ve been taking Amydio Forte Syrup every day for about 2 weeks, and while I think I might have a tiny bit more energy, I also feel kinda weird, like a bit nauseous at times? Is nausea a common side effect of Amydio Forte Syrup? Or should I give it more time before I decide if it's working? My friends said they had great experience with it, but I just can't shake this unease. Should I be doing something else along with the syrup to boost my iron? I just stopped caffeine to see if that helps, but ugh, I really miss my coffee. Anyway, any advice or insights would help! Thank you in advance!

Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that.
