I am really struggling over here with this neck pain! Like, a few months back, I hurt my neck while lifting something heavy at work. Ever since then, I’ve been dealing with what is now diagnosed as cervical spondylosis. I can’t figure out what is the best treatment for cervical spondylosis, and it’s honestly really frustrating. I’ve tried some over-the-counter pain meds, but they only kinda help. And forget sleeping! My neck gets stiff at night, and I wake up feeling like I’m 80 years old or something. I’ve been looking into alternative treatments and thought maybe Ayurveda could offer me some relief. What is the best treatment for cervical spondylosis from an Ayurvedic perspective? I hear stuff about herbal remedies and oils but don't wanna just dive into anything without knowing it properly. Like, would I need to change my diet or might there be specific herbs that work? Also, has anyone experienced acupuncture or massage within this treatment approach? Just looking for any personal stories or advice, cause honestly, I’m a bit at a loss. Thanks!
