I have allergic rhinitis and asthma problem last 10 years.my symptom are sneezing, running nose and block nose ,shwas problem,and throat irritation, and body pain.Plz tell me best medicine

1. Anutailam 2 drops in each nostril (empty stomach). Do steam inhalation and slight abhyanga of face.

2. Haridra khandam 1/2 tsp mixed with 1/2 tsp of agasthya rasayanam at night.

3. Histantin tab 1-0-1 after food.

Ayurvedic herbs like Tulsi (holy basil), Pippali, and Yashtimadhu are known for their beneficial impact on respiratory health. Tulsi tea can be consumed regularly to help manage symptoms. Consider Trikatu churna—comprising black pepper, long pepper, and ginger—it may support respiratory and digestive health and should be taken under a practitioner’s guidance.
