I am really worried about my diet since I found out I’m pregnant a few weeks ago. I did some reading and heard mixed things about sugarcane juice. Like, can we drink sugarcane juice during pregnancy? I absolutely love the stuff, especially in summer. It's refreshing, right? But then I talked to a friend who said it could be too sweet or even not good for pregnant ladies. Last week, I had an issue with feeling super sluggish and had to go to the doctor. All my test results came back normal, but I can't shake this feeling like I'm not getting enough nutrition. I read that sugarcane juice is full of vitamins but I’ve also seen opinions suggesting it might increase blood sugar levels. Right now, I’m kind of confused – can we drink sugarcane juice during pregnancy, or should I steer clear? Honestly, balancing cravings with what's safe feels like a minefield!
