Aapke symptoms ko dekhte hue, yeh lagta hai ki aap Vertigo jaisi condition ke laakshanno ka samna kar rahe hain jahan aapko sir ghoomne, mithya motion ya dis-equilibrium jaisa mehsus hota hai. Pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh condition kis prakar se aapke ayurvedic dosha par prabhaavit kar sakti hai. Vertigo aksar kapha dosha ke vriddhi aur vata dosha ke prakop se hota hai.
Aapko apne aahar aur jeevan shailee mein kuch parivartan karna chahiye. Sabse pehle, aapka aahar halka aur pachtaane mein aasaan hona chahiye. Besan, maida, tel aur dahi wale padarth se doori banayein kyunki yeh kapha dosha ko aur badha sakte hain. Unhadiya ladki, sabji, juar-bajra ka rotla aur grameen ke beiye ka jal peyein jisse ki aapka agni sudhar sake.
Din mein kam se kam 8 glass pani zaroor peyein, jisse aap ke dhaton ka poshan ho paye. Subah uthkar ek chammach ghee, ek chamach shuddh shahad aur halka gunguna doodh le sakte hain. Isse aapka sar thoda halka mehsus hoga.
Yoga aur pranayam aapki avastha par sukhprabhav daal sakte hain. Bhramari pranayam aur Anulom-Vilom pranayam din mein do baar karna faydemand ho sakta hai, yeh vata aur kapha dosha ka santulan banane mein madad karega.
Upchar ke roop mein, aap Pippali (long pepper) aur shunthi (dry ginger) ka churna guwarm pani ke saath le sakte hain, din mein do baar. Yeh kapha aur vata ko shant karne mein madad karega. Iske alawa, ek achha vikalp Nasya kriya ho sakta hai jisme til ka tel gunguna karke nasike rastr mein daalne se shir ke varg bhi prabhavit hote hain.
Agar yeh samasya jari rahti hai ya symptom severe hotey hain, to yah jaroori hai ke aap turant kisi showshashtra chikitsa chikitshak se salaah avasya lein.
