I am really confused about this whole thing with "what is tridosha in ayurveda" and how it relates to me. A while ago, I started feeling really off — like my energy levels just plummeted, and I’ve been super anxious—like I can't focus on anything! I thought maybe it's just stress from work, but my friend was like, “hey, have you checked into Ayurveda?” She mentioned you know, "tridosha" and I was like, what even is that?? I mean, I've heard of doshas before, but how is that connected to my problems? I've got these digestion issues too, and it seems like everything's just swirling together — I'm definitely not feeling balanced! Could it be that I'm out of whack with one of the doshas? I tried googling "what is tridosha in ayurveda," but it was all kinda confusing. Do I have to figure out if I'm Vata, Pitta, or Kapha? Or maybe I’m a mix of 2?
