I have hypothyroidism, lots of body pain, sleeping sickness, overthinking,easylytired, skin darkness, sometime bleed leakeage ( thy area, or backlegmussles) , roundround dark black colourpaches- only10 days then automatic ly reduse the colour purple , then red )I don't know the reason 🤔plz give the solution .Dr🙏🏽

Maintain regular sleeping hours to address overthinking and tiredness. Craft a relaxing evening routine devoid of screens at least 30 minutes before sleep. Incidental skin issues like dark patches could be ameliorated by triphala paste; apply for 10 minutes before rinsing.
